Windsock Estates Airpark

The runway is 100x5200 ft. of packed native soil and gravel.  The developer continues to grade/drag the runway as needed.  There is no homeowners association nor runway maintenance fee. All lots are on-runway and are about 5 acres measuring approximately 320'x660' less easments for utilities, and runway which is also the access road. Restrictions are that single family homes have at least 1200 sq. ft.  They may be skirted double-wide mobile homes, or modulars.  Hangars with internal living quarters have also been built.  Outside storage is limited to licensed aircraft and motor vehicles. The lot diagram indicates available lots (without the box).  There are currently 5 occupied residences.  Construction may begin without limit at any time.
